UNDERSTANDING YOUR CREDIT

Your Credit Report Tells a Story.
Let’s Understand It.

Look beyond a single number. Know what is being reported, what needs clarification, and which habits can support your next step.

01

Personal information accuracy

Check names, addresses and identifying details across your reports. Information belonging to someone else or signs of identity theft deserve attention; do not change truthful information to create a new credit identity.

02

Payment history and late payments

Review reported payment dates and account status against your records. Dispute a late payment you believe is reported incorrectly, and build a practical plan for keeping current obligations on time.

03

Collection accounts

Understand who is reporting the account, the balance and whether it belongs to you. Review potential errors or duplicate reporting with supporting records. Paying a collection does not automatically delete its history.

04

Charge-offs

A charge-off is an accounting status; it does not necessarily erase the debt. Check balances, dates and reporting accuracy. An accurate, legally reportable charge-off may remain even after payment.

05

Repossessions

Review the account history, balance and any remaining obligation after a vehicle repossession. Dispute genuine reporting inaccuracies, while recognizing that accurate repossession information may remain.

06

Credit utilization

Compare revolving balances with available limits. Learn how payment timing, balances and responsible account management may affect your profile; there is no promised score change from a particular balance strategy.

07

Inquiries

Review who accessed your report and why. Distinguish application-related hard inquiries from soft inquiries. Address inquiries you do not recognize through the appropriate dispute or identity-theft process.

08

Public records, including bankruptcy

Check that any reported bankruptcy belongs to you and is described accurately. Reporting periods vary by item and law; bankruptcy can remain longer than other negative information. No deletion is promised.

09

Credit rebuilding and positive account management

Build sustainable habits around on-time payments, manageable balances and careful use of new credit. Opening an account is not always the right next step; consider costs, goals and your complete financial picture.

10

Preparing credit for mortgage review

Organize your reports and questions before a licensed mortgage professional reviews your circumstances. Credit is one part of the picture alongside income, debt, assets, documentation and the applicable loan program.

A STRUCTURED PATH. MORE PERSONAL SUPPORT.

CREDIT EDUCATION & FAQ

Clear Answers.
Informed Decisions.

What is credit repair?

Credit repair generally involves reviewing credit reports and addressing information believed to be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable through legitimate dispute processes. It cannot lawfully erase accurate, current negative information just because it is unfavorable. You can review reports and dispute errors yourself for free.

What information can I dispute?

You may dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable—for example, an account that is not yours, an incorrect balance or an incorrectly reported payment. Explain the actual concern and provide relevant supporting records. Do not knowingly dispute truthful information or make false identity-theft claims.

Can accurate negative information be removed?

Generally, accurate negative information that remains legally reportable cannot be removed simply because it hurts your profile. Reporting periods and circumstances vary. Some items may remain after review, dispute or payment; no provider can guarantee a deletion.

How long can credit repair take?

Timing depends on the individual reports, the nature of a legitimate dispute, bureau and furnisher responses, and any needed follow-up. The Fast Track has a planned six-month service period, not a promise that every issue will be resolved or your credit will improve within six months.

What does the $1,500 program include?

The $1,500 covers the six-month financial-advising program, monthly consultations and specific one-on-one support. Golden Tier’s credit-repair service is free and is not what the fee purchases. Program support also includes credit education, approximately 45-day report progress reviews and updates; appropriate credit-dispute work is provided at no charge. The final written agreement must specify the provider, services, total cost, timing, required disclosures and lawful payment arrangement. This page does not enroll you or collect payment.

What happens during the six months?

The planned stages are Analyze & Build the Strategy, Begin Appropriate Action, Review & Adjust, Strengthen the Foundation, Prepare for the Next Step, and Final Program Review. Work is tailored to your situation; services, bureau responses and reporting changes will be documented. This schedule is not a guaranteed credit-improvement timeline.

Is a score increase guaranteed?

No. There is no guaranteed score increase, account deletion, mortgage approval or funding outcome. Changes depend on the complete profile, accurate reporting, scoring model and other factors. Credit-readiness education and service activity are not a promise of a particular result.

Can I prepare for a mortgage while working on my credit?

Yes. You can organize income and employment records, review debt, plan savings and learn about homeownership while addressing genuine reporting concerns. Use the existing free analysis to identify preparation priorities. A strategy-call pathway appears only when the completed assessment supports a deeper review; an appropriately licensed mortgage professional or lender ultimately determines financing eligibility and approval.

What’s the difference between the free analysis, $47 Blueprint, and Fast Track?

The free analysis gives immediate educational feedback based on your answers. The $47 Personalized Total Mortgage Readiness Blueprint is a self-guided educational action-plan product; its existing checkout and personalized delivery are still being configured. The $1,500 six-month Fast Track pays for financial advising, monthly consultations and one-on-one support. Golden Tier’s credit-repair work is free. All services remain subject to the final agreement and applicable law. A purchase or consultation is not required to receive the free analysis.

CREDIT • READINESS • OPPORTUNITY

Your Final Approval
Starts With Preparation.

Whether you’re rebuilding your credit or preparing for homeownership, understanding your financial position is the first step.

Preparation is not approval. Mortgage eligibility and approval are determined by an appropriately licensed mortgage professional or lender.
